classical liberalism and liberty, and it will also allow the use
of the search engine. With keywords, reach the resources of hundreds
of websites all over the world. Thanks to “easy-to-use”
tools, enhance the collective work through data exchange by indicating
new websites, relevant links, new informations, important news.
A “real” dialog will then be established among the cyber-searchers
using eurolibnetwork

A unique visioconference tool. Thanks to this tool,
cyber-meetings will be organized, using a working paper submitted
on line days or weeks before. Those cyber meetings will involve
simultaneously worldwide selected experts interested by the topic.
Through a webcam, or by voice or chat, they will be able to participate
